About Us – a few things about our lovely guesthouse
The guest house derives its name from its majestic Tipuana tree, aptly reminding of the world-renowned centuries old oak tree in Carolina, America. The garden is gracefully bathed in its cool shadows, and hosts an abundance of bird life.
The guest house sleeps 15 persons in 7 rooms (standard & luxury double and family rooms). Each room is fully equipped and tastefully decorated, ensuring that guests enjoy a truly memorable stay. A remote control for use of the electronic gate is supplied, and guests park their vehicles in a secure parking area (on site).
Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the patio, weather permitting. Dinners are available on week days, on request.
Guests have access to a patio with beautiful garden views, a large sparkling swimming pool and luscious garden.
Water features promote the tranquil atmosphere.
Extra Information
Laundry services are available on weekdays, on request. Guests are charged R20 per item for washing and ironing.
All rooms are offered complimentary Wi-Fi.
Full English breakfasts are available at R90 per person
Dinners are available at R140 – should be pre-booked. Drinks are not included.
Check-in time: After 14:00
Check-out time: Before 10:00 am.
No bookings are accepted without a deposit. The balance of the stay is payable upon arrival.
Cancellation policy: strict.
